Terms of Use

Effective August 4, 2026. These Terms form an agreement between you and Masorix LLC, Armenia (“Masorix,” “we,” “us”) for KeepSift.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using KeepSift, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use KeepSift. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement or use the app with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Additional Google Play terms may apply.

2. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, Masorix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use KeepSift on compatible devices you own or control for lawful purposes. KeepSift, its code, design, branding, and other materials are owned by Masorix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

3. Free features and KeepSift Pro

Free features include local screenshot discovery and OCR, keyword search, automatic categories, screenshot details, recovery and lifecycle tools, and one custom collection. KeepSift Pro is intended as a permanent, one-time Google Play unlock for the purchased Google account and unlocks advanced search and sorting, saved searches, unlimited collections, bulk organization, batch sharing, and batch OCR re-scan.

Google Play displays the price, currency, taxes, and payment terms before purchase and processes payment. “Permanent” or “unlock forever” refers to access to the purchased Pro feature set for as long as KeepSift remains available and technically supported; it does not guarantee perpetual availability, compatibility, or development. Purchase restoration depends on Google Play, the purchasing account, and successful entitlement verification.

Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled under Google Play policies and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use KeepSift unlawfully; infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; attempt to defeat security or purchase controls; reverse engineer where prohibited by law; distribute malware; disrupt the app or associated services; or misrepresent your affiliation with Masorix. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture, store, process, share, or delete content on your device.

5. Your screenshots and content

You retain your rights in your screenshots and other content. KeepSift’s core processing occurs locally and does not grant Masorix ownership of that content. When you voluntarily submit feedback, you grant Masorix permission to use it to respond, troubleshoot, and improve KeepSift; you represent that you may provide it. Avoid including confidential or third-party personal information.

6. App changes, availability, and third parties

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, comply with law, address platform changes, or operate the product. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement without a legitimate reason, but we do not promise that the app will always be available or compatible with every device or future Android version.

KeepSift relies on Android, Google Play, ML Kit, Sentry, and other platform components governed by third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. The website may link to third-party sites for convenience.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepSift is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect OCR, complete discovery, error-free categorization, preservation of data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backup copies of important information and review text and deletion choices before relying on them. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masorix and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from KeepSift. Any aggregate monetary liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for KeepSift during the preceding twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any liability that mandatory law protects.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using KeepSift and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to associated services if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if operation becomes unlawful. Local data may remain on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Terms that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Armenia will have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer laws and forums in your country of residence remain available where they cannot be waived. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Before launch: counsel must confirm the precise Armenian venue, entity registration details, age threshold, consumer-withdrawal treatment, liability cap, launch-country mandatory language, and whether any dispute-resolution clause should be added.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for product, legal, or operational reasons. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
